Where can I track my item(s)?

You can track your order in the track my order page after we update your tracking details.

Why have I not received my item(s)?

    Please allow 7-14 business days to process and package your order before finally being shipped. Due to extremely high demand our shipping times may take up to two weeks to ship depending on your location. We greatly apologize for the shipping inconvenience. We do not ship on weekends. There can be the occasional courier delay, which may affect your delivery time frame. LYLA SWIM will not be liable for third party delays.
    All orders are processed during business hours Monday - Friday. 
    An email containing a review of your order will be sent once your order has been processed and dispatched.

    What happens if no one is at home?

      Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your post box if they are small enough and if the postman does not have access to your post box, it will usually be left at your local post office for your local post office for you to pick up!

      Where do you ship from?

        We are located in Hilton Head, South Carolina, but depending on the product your order may ship directly from the manufacturer. If you are located outside of the United States, your order will be fulfilled and shipped directly from the manufacturer.

        I messed up my delivery address, what do I do now?

          Not to worry, as long as you reach us within a day regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full correct address along with your order number and we would update your details for you.

          **Note: Upon completion of purchase, buyers are eligible for a 2-hour change of mind period and it is crucial that you reach out us then or else we will not be able to make any changes to your order!

          Why does my card keep getting rejected?

            Please check if your card is eligible online payments, if yes please recheck all the inputs. If it is still not working please recheck your billing address and your name to see if it matches the card details. If none of this work please contact your bank in this matter. 

            Change of address after receiving confirmation of shipping..

              Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

              How long does shipping take?

                Most of our products usually arrive withing 2 weeks. However, shipping times vary based on your shipping address, and international orders generally take between 14-30 days. Items that arrive 60 days after being shipped are eligible for a refund

                Why is my tracking code not working?
                  In some cases, the tracking codes do not work until some time after being shipped. In more extreme cases, tracking codes do not ever work. In the case that this happens, send us an email at contact@lylaswim.com and we'll be able to send you shipping updates. 


                  Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
                  We accept exchanges on all our pieces. Please choose your items carefully as we will only exchange an item ONCE. Exchanges are only allowed on regular priced items. Please see our Refund Policy page for more information.

                  • The item/s must be in original condition, with all packaging and tags remaining in place.
                  • Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
                  • The item must be sent back within 30 days of receiving it.

                  We do not accept returns on any regular items or sale items, except in the instance of faulty product.


                  Cancelling an Order

                  - We won't be able to cancel orders once the item has been processed. If you made an error, please contact us immediately.
